Auction item – Soviet banknote from 1918 with a face value of 250 rubles.

   Features: Issuer - Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic (1917-1922), later USSR.  Issuing bank - People's Bank of the RSFSR. Number and series of the banknote: AA 127,  Size: 146 x 100 mm,  Catalog number: P#93   Demonetized: 31 December 1922.

  Obverse: dark green print; green and light green underprint. Undulated circles along udges. Block numbers at top left and bottom right corners. "250" in undulated ovals at right and left centres. Value at upper centre. Legal text at lower centre. Signatures above date at bottom left centre.   

   Reverse: dark green print; green and light green underprint. Undulated circles as a border. Value at left and right centres. Double-headed eagle at upper centre. Legal text at lower centre. 

  I am dissolving parts of my private collection. Collector's exchange is possible.

  Condition – banknote in good condition - according to the auction photo, please have a look at the photos, the pictures show the original banknote, with will be shipped. The photos are part of the description.  If you have any doubts - please write, I am happy to answer any question, I can send an additional photo. This is a private auction. 

  Worldwide shipping (registered letter with tracking number), the shipping costs:  EU- 5,50 € , Worldwide – 6,50 €.

   Auction banknote will be sent no later than on the next business day after payment has been received. Careful packing and sending on time are my priorities.

   I am happy to post items overseas and am willing to combine postage for multiple lots.  If you purchased several items, please wait for a combined invoice before you pay – You pay only for one shipment .

   On the day of shipping the auction item, the buyer  will receive by e-mail a photos of the shipment (wrapped auction banknote, addressed envelope), a photograph of the post office receipt and tracking number.
