Auction item - a complete set of 17 pcs 10-ruble coins from the „Regions of the Russian Federation” from the years 2005–2007 (from the first three years of the series' issuance).
Of course, contemporary Russia is automatically associated with putin's criminal and murderous mafia, a malignant tumor on modern democracy, however, it can be said that some Soviet and Russian numismatic projects are interesting and engaging, and enjoy great popularity among collectors.
"Regions of Russia" is a coin series issued between 2005 and 2025 (comprising 61 coins in total) that features interesting designs and has won awards at numerous international numismatic competitions and exhibitions (naturally, prior to the Russian aggression against Ukraine).
Features: weight: 8,4 g, diameter: 27,0 mm, thickness: 2,10 mm. Reverse: the images of the coats of arms of Regions of Russia. Edge: 300 corrugations and the inscription "ДЕСЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ" (ten rubles) recurring twice and divided by asterisks.

I am dissolving parts of my private collection. Collector's exchange is possible.
