Hello,
Please excuse me if I do not speak German. I know only Frech and English.
Here is my question: is it possible to put a Reserve Price ? And how ?

Hello,
it not exist price with reserve or fixed price.
You only have 2 case.
1) Put in up from 1 euro
2) Put in with the price do you like to get.
Finaly have a look what will be your fees to give up to MA.
I also think you can change the language in english by MA.
