	Please your opinion, is it normal to get a negative rating. I sent a letter with banknotes, arrived in Germany, he has not assumed letter with banknotes and a letter was returned to Serbia. I had to pay transport letter from Germany to Serbia.

	Hello. If you are a private seller, then the buyer has to pay the full postage registered or insured, if he wants to cancel or send back.. If you are a business seller, in Europe you have to pay every sending back( also without reasons given by the seller inside 1 month after done payment for the item). This is the stupid law of European Union.

	If you are a buyer, you have to send the payment ONLY in that form, the seller accepts: if he only accept bank-withdraw or Paypal and no bar.-cash in his offer, you cannot send banknotes. So if you send banknotes on your own decision, you have to pay for all, when this payment will not be acceptet.
