Auction item: a series of 12 pcs German 2 euro commemorative/circulating coins from 2007-2018, coins series: „Federal states”.

   Features:  diameter - 25.75mm, thickness - 2.2mm,  weight - 8.5gr.  The reverse is the same for all coins: a map, next to the face value, shows the European continent without borders. Same edge: reeded with inscription:lettering: „Einigkeit und Recht und Freiheit”. Composition: bimetallic: nickel brass clad nickel center in copper-nickel ring.

  The set consists of the following 12 coins”:

1. 2007 - „State of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern”,  Mint: Stuttgart (F).  Obverse: Schwerin Castle and the inscription. KM# 260.

2. 2008 - „Federal State of Hamburg”, Mint: Stuttgart (F). Obverse: the baroque church of St. Michaelis . KM# 261.

3. 2009 -  „Federal State of Saarland”, Mint: Hamburg (J). Obverse: The coin features the Ludwigskirche, a symbol of Saarbrücken, the capital of the Saarland. KM# 276.

4. 2010 - „State of Bremen”, Mint: Munich (D).  Obverse: the Town Hall of Bremen, with the Roland statue in the foreground. KM# 285.   

5. 2011 - „State of Nordrhein-Westfalen”, Mint: Hamburg (J).  Obverse: the Köln (Cologne) Cathedral in its entirety, a masterpiece of the German Gothic architectural style, emphasizing the beauty of the south portal.. KM# 293.   

6. 2012 - „State of Bavaria”, Mint: Hamburg (J). Obverse: the view of Neuschwanstein Castle. KM# 305.  

7. 2013 - „State of Baden-Württemberg”, Mint: Hamburg (J). Obverse: the Maulbronn Monastery -  the most perfectly preserved medieval monastery complex north of the Alps.  KM# 314.

8. 2014 - „State of Niedersachsen”, Mint: Munich (D). Obverse: the design shows the Church of St. Michael in Hildesheim, Lower Saxony which has been on the Unesco World Cultural Heritage list since 1985. KM# 334.

9. 2015 - „State of Hessen”, Mint: Karlsruhe (G). Obverse: St. Paul’s Church in Frankfurt (the „Paulskirche”, the seat of Germany’s first freely elected legislative body in 1849 and is regarded as the cradle of German democracy)   KM# 336.  

10. 2016 - „State of Sachsen”, Mint: Karlsruhe (G). Obverse: the inner yard of the world-famous Dresden Zwinger to the Crown Gate. KM# 347.  

11. 2016 - „State of Rhineland-Palatinate”, Mint: Munich (D). Obverse: the Porta Nigra in Trier which is probably the best-preserved Roman city gate north of the Alps. KM# 356.  

12. 2018 - „Berlin”, Mint: Stuttgart (F). Obverse: the Charlottenburg Palace. KM# 367. 

  It is possible to buy individual coins from the set, I have several double coins. In this case - please write, I can issue the agreed coin at a separate auction.

  I am dissolving parts of my private collection. Collector's exchange is possible.

  Condition - please have a look at the photos, the pictures show the original set, with will be shipped. The photos are part of the description.  If you have any doubts - please write, I am happy to answer any question, I can send an additional photo. This is a private auction.  

   Worldwide shipping - registered priority letter with tracking number, the shipping costs: EU – 6,00 €,  Worldwide – 7,00 €.

   Auction set will be sent no later than on the next business day after payment has been received. Careful packing and sending on time are my priorities.

   I am happy to post items overseas and am willing to combine postage for multiple lots.  If you purchased several items, please wait for a combined invoice before you pay – You pay only for one shipment .

   On the day of shipping the buyer  will receive by e-mail a photos of the shipment (wrapped auction set, addressed envelope), a photograph of the post office receipt and tracking number.
